Add Peregrine setup and use on wiki

New @tece-lab/daisie members often have to run jobs on the Peregrine HPCC. Setup is often confusing for new users.

On the wiki, compile information on Peregrine setup pointing to the Peregrine wiki for first setup and explain how to use DAISIE and DAISIEutils with it on generic model fitting and runs.
