Image load and preview is not working in IE9 using JavaScript Load Image 1.5 (canvas)

Hi,

I'm using
JavaScript Load Image 1.5

• https://github.com/blueimp/JavaScript-Load-Image, https://blueimp.net plugin to upload image in my site by creating tag. In IE9 and safari the canvas is not created.

Please help me to fix this issue.
