Electric Oven cannot actually dry berries from Expanded Foods

As the title says, the electric oven is unable to dry berries from Expanded foods for some reason, but it is able to bake salt crystals (damp) and dried Sausages into Salt Crystals (dry) and vintage sausage without issues (all of these don't have a "char" state, just the raw state and a cooked state).

when trying to dry the berries, the oven won't turn on after placing the berries in, but it does turn on after putting the salt crystals and the dried sausage in

The code determines the penultimate stage of food preparation. In 99% of cases, this is the fully cooked version. The game developers themselves helped me with this code.
