Vimari does not work on Jira web page

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Jira web page
2. Press 'j' or 'k'
3. The web does not scroll down or up

Expected behavior
The web page can scroll down or up while pressing 'j' or 'k'
