Add missing action LogType enums and payloads (where applicable) #2
Description
I think we have good coverage of the action log types, but there are some I'm unable to review because I can't generate them in any lock history. Specifically, there are:
- locktober_points_changed
- combination_verified
- combination_failed
- random_event
Random event is especially confusing to me since that extension generates time_changed and lock_frozen events. I'm guessing random_event is a legacy log type, in which case there is no point in added support for it.
