Better support for user locks #3

@tensorc

Description

@tensorc

Right now much of the focus of this project has been to support keyholders and the locks of their wearers, but ultimately I would also love better coverage for user locks in the future.

One immediate advantage would allow users to enter their auth token in a config file or something, where local games / mods (e.g., Skyrim) could callback to Chaster and increase the wearer's time if they die in game or fail to complete tasks within a certain time limit.

Further out, I would like for bots to access a user's auth token to "mess" with whatever lock they are in. For example, user's in a discord server could target another user who has provided their auth token, and the API would increase the targeted user's max lock date for whatever lock they are currently in.
