The default
disk_type:pd-standardis pretty limiting for some of our high disk I/O workflows. It'd be great to have an option to usepd-ssdwith a slightly lower storage size.This PR enables consumer apps to specify
disk_size_gbanddisk_typefor the GKE runner nodes when using thegh-runner-gkemodule.
