Sub contracting relies on too much trust.

User Story:

1. Payments should go to a multi sig wallet
2. UX/UI should be easy to use
3. Devs on contract can be replaced by stakeholder and Project Manager
4. Funds should be paid out only if deliverables are hit
5. Payment splitting should be intuitive

Probably use:

1. UMA KPI options
2. Some version of Gnosis Safe
3. NextJS or Simple React for now
4. Styled Components
5. Solidity 0.8.13
