My account got disabled - getting 403:

Tesla started billing for api calls and data streaming in the beginning of the year, though the bill until now was waived every month.
Starting May, payments are no longer waived and the bill started to rise, without me being able to set a payment method!
My country is not listed in country list that supports adding payment method, so Tesla simply blocked my account?
Tesla created a loop I cannot break!
My app is in production, with paying (now upset) customers and the app is longer working, each api request returns 403 error as above.
Please assist!
I opened a support ticket but there is no response for few days, I even escalated but it doesn't seem to have any effect.
