Request: Allow BLE Charging Manager role to control charge port #413

Reopening this issue.
Please consider allowing 'Charging Manger' role the ability to open & close the charge port over BLE.
The 'Owner' role can obviously do this, but is exposing too much controls that greatly compromises security. For example: A simple BLE device for automation that can control the charge door, shouldn't be allowed to also unlock and drive off with the car.
