Implement synthetic ledger service to test end-to-end messaging

As a ledger I want to be able to confirm that I can send an valid invoice to an ABN to another party which is on the network (ie has a DCP entry)

TO do that, testpoint.io should reserve 100 or so ABNs (and GLN's etc in future) which is a testpoint entities.

• Testers can send a message TO any of the testpoint ABNs and view them by logging in to testpoint using their sender ABN IDP credential
• testers can login to testpoint (using the same credential as above) and then use a simple UI to send a test message to their own ABN endpoint. Either picking a standard sample message (which will have the right ABN substituted) or by uploading a JSON file which represents the business message.

IF I log in to testpoint using my IDP credential that is associated with an ABN THEN I should see a list of transactions I've sent to testpoint or sent from testpoint. It can be auto-cleared every few days - or we can have a widget that makes sure that we keep only the last 100 messages rom a given ABN..

The dashboard / transaction log should show

• timestamp,
• From Party,
• To party,
• message hash,
• link to encrypted payload,
• link to decrypted payload

And, once that works,

• link to notarized message
• message type and link to schema
• validation status (with error message if failed)
• links to other messages in the same conversation.

This is basically two+ Ledger apps (Alice and Bob). They will need:

• their own ABNs
• keys (for encrypting/decrypting messages)
• POST signed messages to each other (from app or from script)
• TAP-GW accounts (endpoints created, get messages)

plus what Steve said. These ledger apps could write their own logs.

To clarify my "Alice and Bob" ledger comment.

Imagine we had two web sites, "Alice's ledger" and "Bob's ledger". They are of course fake ledgers and anyone can use them to manage messages on behalf of Alice or Bob (with no authentication - fortunately they are only on the test network). So developers can send messages to Alice (or Bob) from any ABN they control, or from Alice (or Bob) to any ABN they control. That's the general idea.
