dell laptop switching to 200MHz #2
Description
The Dell Latitude 5420 sometimes - seemingly for no reason - switches to a superslow 200MHz mode. No idea why. I blame it on these idiotic firmware updates.
The only known solution is to shutdown (off power) and reboot. A simple "warm" boot doessn't do the job.
