Cannot disable column wrap directly #49
Description
The dialog for "Paragraph width" doesn't save anything if the field is left empty. In order to deactivate the default width of 80 cols, one has to enter any number in the dialog, accept and then open it again to delete the value.
Either use 0 as "no wrapping" or fix the behaviour
