Ability to add players to Security terminal who are not online

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I often find the player i want to add to the security terminal, is not currently online.
So i need to arrange with them to both be online at the same time.

A dropdown list of all players that have ever joined the server and are not currently added to the security terminal, in alphabetical order.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternatively, I want there to be an entry box where i can enter the username, if its in a predefined list of players, then it adds it, if the player does not exist in the list, it does not.

The textbox solution might be a better idea, since minetest.player_exists(name) can be used, whereas listing all players that have joined would require listing all of them manually and that can possibly become a very long list. I'll implement it soon™.

Another way, which feels better, would be to let people request access when they are on. Their name goes in for the request and what type of access they would like. Later, an approver can review the requests and approve, disapprove or approve with modifications the request. Next time the person logs in, they can then see their request and the dismiss it. Should have a reason field for requests that are other than approved.
