MIT/Apache License?

Hi,

I have seen that this library is solely licensed under the GPLv3. Most of the Rust ecosystem is dual licensed under MIT and Apache 2.0.
I have seen that your crate theban_interval_tree is triple-licensed GPLv3 / MIT / Apache 2.0. Would you mind releasing this crate under the tripple-license as well? This would help adoption in the Rust ecosystem and avoid licensing conflicts.
