X-Sentry-Error is not always present on error responses from the Sentry API #2
Description
It's unclear when this happens exactly, but was observed a few times. One situation where the X-Sentry-Error header is missing could be when rate limiting engages.
SentryDotNet should not assume the header is there to avoid secondary errors.
