fetch_count返回值不需要标注生命周期吧？

啊把SqlExecutor里去掉就好了，这是为啥😢‌用分页就会报错。用axum，分页写在handle里，会报错错误：error: lifetime bound not satisfied

这里我在写的时候确实也头大，隐约感觉是有问题的。我最近在准备一个大版本的发布，等这个版本发布完成了，我会来检查这个生命周期问题

0.1.10还有这个问题，去掉下面2个文件中的where 'a: 's就正常了
