Add FQCN as service name for easier injection and autowiring in Symfony

If you want to autowire classes you have to create aliases like this 

```
Fidry\AliceDataFixtures\Loader\PurgerLoader:
     alias: fidry_alice_data_fixtures.loader.doctrine
```

It shouldn't be hard to contribute but I wonder if there would be BC issues
