Add Snippet Contributor titles.

Snippet Contributors do not have titles available to them.

TODO:
Add an optional field to snippet contributors that are for the contributor's title i.e. GM, student, etc.
Add the snippet contributor titles to the bylines in the templates when available.

Got the title fields working for contributors. Would like some more details on adding them to the template

Can you clarify from a front-end perspective how the titles would be displayed? Maybe similar to the labels on Github?

You could make it so the labels that are already present just become hrefs to like categories? Does that make sense?
