v2.2.x: Update v2.2.13 topology files with sof-adl-rt1316-l02-4ch.tplg

Add new topology file sof-adl-rt1316-l02-4ch.tplg. This is a configuration
with no Soundwire jack codec, rt1316 amps and a PCH DMIC. For example
seen on Lenovo X1 Fold 16 Gen 1.
