Appearance of the thirst bar

This would not interfere with another bar added by other mods like Smart Moving for example.

He's only active once every 6 months. I doubt he'll put a lot of effort customizing a 1.7.10 version of the mod for a single request, especially now that he's moved on to 1.8.

But I have not say that I want this option in the 1.7.10 version, 1.8 is fine too ^_^
