HudWiget mod compatibility

Hi thetorine,
I asked to Flenix to add compatibility for this mod and HUDWidget mod for minecraft 1.7.10 (Fureniku/HUDWidgets#4). He just say me that he will do it if you add and option to disable the thirst hud (because if not it will be two thirst hud, also he will just not do the compa). Thanks
