Upgrade Puppet, Facter, and Rake to address security vulnerabilities and ensure compatibility #123
Description
The current Gemfile uses outdated versions of key dependencies, including puppet, facter, and rake, which contain known vulnerabilities and compatibility issues with newer environments.
Proposed updates:
puppet → >= 6.25.1
facter → >= 2.4.1
rake → >= 12.3.3 (fixes CVE-2020-8130)
