Ignore no document type declaration

I use this on my templates through gulp wrapper.
Can you guys please add the ability to ignore the no document type declaration.
Obviously there is no doctype declaration in the templates.

Rather than ignore one warning, what do you think about adding a generic whitelist of errors?
