This has the potential to destroy 3rd party app launchers such as F-Droid, Obtainium, and Aurora, prevent users from compiling open source apps themselves, and has huge implicatications on software freedom. Please add this banner and help keep Android open.

Please do this. obtainium, F-Droid, and NewPipe have already said they will not comply with Google's demands.
