Can not parse HTTP Header correctly #17

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set language to zh_CN and encoding to UTF-8
2. Create a widget and update the weather
3. Display mess up

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Display Chinese correctly

Google response's http header set charset to GB2312, and app ignore that
and try to decoding the http body content by UTF-8.
