Looking at your implementation and having a slight better understanding of how the bots work in general I think this could actually be split into two better stories. I don't think those should be part of the current scope but if you think it is easy to add, then I guess it would help users understand better how to use the bot.

1. As a user I want to see a bot message in the channel when I enter a channel where the bot is active and an emoji rewards are configured

Message:
🥇 Channel rewards: Reward people with SCT rewards by adding emoji reactions to their messages.

• 10 SCT for "🚀 " reaction
• 50 SCT for "🤖" reaction

2. As a user I want to see a bot message when an emoji reward is added for a pool in a channel

Message:
🥇 New reward! Reward people with 10 SCT by adding a "🚀" reaction to their message.
