[Feature] Helper methods for complex json traversal

I'm interested in the helper methods that gjson has such as `@tostr` `@fromstr` and even interested in additional methods like `@[to/from]b64`.

Has this work ever been explored and rejected? I tried looking for related issues, and I'm wondering if my request is unique.

I would be happy to contribute.
