1 password per user

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
I feel that it would be better if each user had his own password. This way we don't need to reset it everytime someone who knows it leaves.

Please provide any additional information below.
Perhaps save it in a seperate yml file in "User: encryptedpassword"

Well this is the 2nd time this feature is requested..
But basically I don't want to make another xAuth clone...
