What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Can you add the ability to have different passwords based on permissions, and even possibly per-player? I recently had someone exploit logins and join as 3 of my staff members, causing damage, and this plugin seems like it will help. I want my staff to have to enter passwords before getting their permissions back on each login, and it'd be cool if it were per-player and/or permission. :)
