item modal getting cropped

I have modified the kitchen sink file: http://papershare.ravennainteractive.com/timeline/kitchen_sink.html

Clicking an item shows the modal for it but its cropped by the top.  This could be solved by vertical scrolling, but I can't figure that out. 

I am not sure if the issue is cropping or not being able to scroll.
