Thanks for producing this fork of pyicloud. I had forked the original a few years ago and added a few fixes, which I am glad to see you incorporated in your fork. I am now using your fork for my icloud_photos_downloader and icloud_drive_sync projects. I had to move as the icloud authentication protocol changed from what was in the original pyicloud. Your lib works great and has many pythonic improvements, yet (mostly) preserved the api.

I have used your photo downloader in the past and it was great.

I'm looking at trying to get a photo stream into home assistant in the near future if you use that project.

I have played with home assistant in the past, but don't really have a need for it. Most of my automation is accomplished through Amazon Echo devices and routines. I'm curious to know how you figured out Apple's iCloud APIs (new features you added to pyicloud), do you sit and debug the iCloud Web Application, or do you have inside knowledge ?

No inside knowledge. I just have an interest in how things work and spend my time digging into the workings and debugging.
