#solution to error with executalbe "from_unionbed_to_ratio_per_window_CC0"

Hi!

I found an issue with the file from_unionbed_to_ratio_per_window_CC0 that comes with the downloaded version 3.
The file seems to be crashed and do not run even after giving permissions with chmod.

I solved this by deleting this file and compiling it with make.
