[bug] the portable stock ticker is marked as a cape by accessories

**Describe the bug**
For some reason, the portable stock ticker is marked as a cape by accessories

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
install accessories
put the stock ticker in your cape slot

**Expected behavior**
this shouldn't happen, it is not a clothing item
