Add a wrapper library for Go and Python

A builder library is fantastic, and there are other languages that could use it. Mostly likely for modern development are Python and Go. A thin wrapper for the library to expose it to those languages would be very nice to have.

@carmiac I've created something that should work. The projects are private atm (until they're working haha). Can I add you as a maintainer (along with myself) of the two wrapper projects (go and python) and then you'll also have access to it to test it while it's private?
