[Feature request] Onboarding tool

It can be a bit tedious setting up everything from scratch in the config.toml. Needing to find the urls to the different repos and name them. Also tinted-shell is included as the default template repo if no template repo is included. This may not be what the user wants but since tinty isn't useful without at least 1 template repo, a default is applied.

Add a new command which onboards the user, asking them which templates they want etc and generating the config.toml for them.

Or just "opt-out theming"—when I install Tinty I'd like it to include a config that will apply the tinty themes to everything, and then I can edit that by e.g. commenting some programs out if I don't want to modify them. Stylix has an auto-enable option that works basically like this, and it's great, but it only works with Nix packages.

More broadly, it might be a good idea to talk to the devs there to avoid duplicate work across package managers. I'm not sure how Stylix automatically applies color schemes to everything, though.
