elapsed function returns weird values

hello,

I was wondering if we could please double check the elapsed function. It seems that it returns weird values. Sometimes the returned values for the field 'Wh' is pretty much correct. Other times it is wrong (like it is reading the wrong byte configuration therefore resulting in weird values of float).

I think it might be something connected with how the serial messages are decoded.

Any help is appreciated. thanks for this awesome project.
