ARM version?

Given some people may wish to use this on a Raspberry Pi, do you know if this will compile for ARM / ARM64?

I'm here to report that I tried again and it works just fine if you copy the header file from https://github.com/DLTcollab/sse2neon to convert the x86 intrinsics. It sounds a little weird, but I'll see if I can patch that manually It sounds fine
