autoreconf -fi failing

Hi,
I am using Ubuntu 20.04 and when trying to install newick-utils through the instruction that are available in README, I get the following errors in autoreconf -fi:

I have already installed the flex, bison, LibXML, GNU Guile and Lua prerequisites.
