RTP_UDP and RTP_UserData is removed from OPAL

I think RTP_UDP and RTP_UserData is removed from OPAL, so we have to migrate to new OPAL API, to achieve new version of OPAL in new OSs.

@tmakkonen I think if we compatible with new OPAL library (many API has been changed), we can build this library in new version of Linux
