Description
Data returned from calculateConfirmatoryMatrix must be analyzed.
Create a threshold to use as a boundary between a good and bad connection. Bad connections should be returned that the concept and assessment are not strongly connected
Use FactorAnalysisSuggestor.learningResourcesFromExploratoryFactorMatrixRecord as a reference for this process. That function picks out good conncetions to use
