[Feature Request]: OR gate in collection rules

Description

There is a rule setting to automatically put pages into the collection. However, all of them are combined in a chain, i.e. through the AND condition. The OR condition is very much missing.

Use case

Something like this

Tags: A
AND (
    Tags: B AND C
    OR
    Tags: D
)

or

Tags: A AND B
OR
Tags: C AND D

Yeah, we looked into this, but it didn't really make sense for users or our dev resources atm. We'll pick it up again down the road when it's a better fit!
