parse-runtime-args doesn't exist in the codebase

Readme uses this function, so i assumed it existed

i couldn't find it, but i found these

        (read-system-env opts)

it was added to docs to show that you can merge any runtime / custom map into config:

(cprop/load-config :merge [(from-system-props)
                           (from-env)
                           (vault/secrets)]) ;; <= for example to merge config overrides with secrets from vault
