Can't move notification popup window

Describe the bug
When the pop up window notification appears it cannot be moved and sometimes covers parts of the screen that I need to access immediately but I don't want to necessarily snooze or start the break, just want to move the window out of the way.

To Reproduce
Normal operation on Win10.

Expected behavior
Be able to move the notification window out of the way.
