Publish documentation using GitHub Pages #119

@tomafro:

Following up on my comments on #117, I've made changes in the freerange fork of the repo to generate the documentation in the docs directory and enabled the GitHub Pages setting which publishes the contents of the docs directory of the master branch as described in this article. The documentation is visible here: https://freerange.github.io/recap/.

I'm hoping that we can get these changes merged into the canonical repo and publish them in a similar way via GitHub Pages. However, I've only just noticed you've got the default branch set to 1.x, not master. I'm not 100% sure what to do about that, but I've made the changes in both the master branch and the 1.x branch of the freerange fork:

Shall I create a PR for one of those and if so which one? It's worth noting, I'm pretty sure I've been publishing the docs from the master branch of the freerange fork for some time now! However, I see that there are a lot of changes in 1.x which are not in master. What's more, the latest version of the gem is v1.2.2 which is only in the 1.x branch.
