Support customizable or random user-agent strings

Per this issue on Stack Overflow Twitter appears to block repeated use of this technique based on IP/UA strings, thus defeating repeated use of this library.

Perhaps it would help if the client app could specify a custom UA string, or there was some randomization mechanism.
