Allow more precise starting AP choices

Options for Sora are only 0, 25, and 50.
I would personally like the ability to increment it by just 1 for all party members if possible.

What purpose does allowing that granular starting AP serve? Not only can you start at 0 and not have any, 50 which is the default, 150 on the high end, but you can pick a few in between.

I'm just confused why 75 is not good but 76 might be.

My best example would be the abilities you can start with using the randomizer. If I want to start a run with Scan, I'd like to have the required AP for it as well, which is 2. But the two closest options are either 0, or 25. It would be nice to assign as much AP as required for the starting abilities.
