NuGet Package Install Issue: package does not contain any assembly references

I am receiving an error when using the NuGet Package Manger: Could not install package...into a project that targets 'NETFramework,Version-v4.5.1', but the package does not contain any assembly references for content files that are compatible with that framework.

I've never seen this. Can you advise?

4.5.1 doesn't support .NET Standard 2.0.

"Easiest" solution would be to bump your framework version, or install an older version of readline.

4.5.2 is the replacement for 4.5-4.5.1
Otherwise, use 4.6.2 or 4.7.2.

Standard 2.0 has been announced in July 2018 as deprecated and will be phased out 4th quarter of 2018 by M$ in replacement of STD 2.1 already out. This fixes issues of not being able to be patched/upgraded bug.

I could do the PR but, tonerdo knows how to do it with the new MSBuild configurations. Its a packaging issue at this point and should probably only support 4.5.2, 4.6.2, 4.7.2, Core 2.X, and STD 2.1.
