Add API function to detect if a Tonie figure has been removed from the Toniebox

I'm currently implementing a plugin which polls the teddycloud server to check if a Tonie has been put on the box.
If a Tonie is found, the UI is updated and the information shown accordingly.

It would be good to also have another endpoint which shows the actual status of the box like:

• Box connected to wifi
• Tag/Tonie on box, true / false
• Last seen tonie
• Last seen timestamp of box
• etc

By polling this endpoint, it would be easy to update the UI if a Tonie is removed from the box again.

Those are already available. And used for showing the last played Tonie (including time) in the webui

ok so the only valuable additional info would be to be able to check if a tonie is removed again from the box.
