Assign taf to tag directly from library #240
Description
Add the possibility to assign a taf to a tag directly from the library.
Add an action on each taf file which opens a dialog where you can search and choose a tag and then assign the taf to that tag.
(Like the way currently implemented in tonies overview, just the other way around.)
